The Filipino Commission of Elections is an autonomous constitutional body which is responsible to conduct the elections in Philippines. The main motive of the COMELEC Philippines is to conduct the elections in an appropriate manner. The basic duty of Filipino Commission of Elections is to conduct the elections for the legislative bodies in Philippines and for the voter registration across the country and to maintain the Voters roll transparently. Electoral Roll or Voters Roll is authenticated record or register which contains the Filipino electorate. The Constitution of Republic of Philippines formed this COMELEC to be an independent and autonomous constitutional body to perform their duties in a transparent and fair way.
